Our Mission
We midwife and embolden the unfolding of wholeness—in the finest oscillations of the body, across The Five Aspects of Humanness, and throughout the wider fields of Relationship, Culture, and Earth.
We honor life as sacred by offering wholeness-informed, trauma-sensitive pathways where healing deepens, growth strengthens, and celebration becomes the natural movement of being.
We Stand For
1. Wholeness as the Ground of Life
We begin with wholeness—the living intelligence at the center of every human experience and of life itself.
All we teach and all we offer serve the natural unfolding of that wholeness across Being, Mind, Heart, Body, Sexuality, and the wider systems we belong to: civilization, nature and the cosmos.
2. The Sacredness of Existence
We treat existence in all its forms—existential, human, biological, ecological, elemental, and cosmological—as inherently sacred.
This includes honoring the dignity, complexity, and beauty of the human journey within the larger living field.
Sacredness is a stance of reverence, responsibility, and care.
3. Integrative Humanness
Transformation is a whole human phenomenon.
We work with the Five Aspects of humanness—Being, Mind, Heart, Body, and Sexuality—each distinct, each essential, none superior to the others, dynamically informing the whole in the living oscillation of being and becoming.
4. The Three Cycles of Wholeness: Heal, Grow, Celebrate
These cycles express the deep recursive rhythm of human transformation:
Heal—Wholeness Holds You.
Healing begins by meeting with what is already whole.
We stabilise, soften, and midwife emergence without force.
Grow—Everything Belongs.
Growth is wholeness expanding.
We embolden new capacities while applauding everything that has come before.
Growth is invitational, dignifying, and grounded in reality.
Celebrate—Human Wholeness.
Celebration is wholeness delighting in its own movement.
We affirm the goodness and complexity of being human, honoring embodied life as a living expression of itself.
5. Dignifying, Aspirational Psychology
We affirm what is inherent and whole in every person, and what is naturally seeking expression.
We invite the emergence of new capacities with respect, clarity, and honor.
6. Belonging & Human Inclusion
Everyone has a seat here.
We cultivate spaces that welcome the full range of human difference, honoring diversity in form, identity, culture, and lived experience as expressions of one shared humanity.
7. Discernment, Differentiation & the Intelligence of Complexity
Wholeness is inclusive, and it is also wise.
We honor complexity through clear distinctions, domain shifts, and precise maps that help people when difficulty is present—across aspects, across layers, across cycles.
Our discernment enables clarity without reduction, and nuance without confusion.
8. Relational Stewardship & Generosity
We take seriously the responsibility of being in relationship.
We practice clear agreements, trustworthy stewardship, and ethical care in all forms of engagement.
We honor the human bond through reliability, courage, discernment, and excellence in our craft—so that what is entrusted to us is held with integrity.
Scope of Practice & Support
5aspects offers wholeness-informed™, trauma-respectful support for people seeking healing, growth, integration, and embodied presence across the Five Aspects of human life.
Our work is designed for individuals, relationships, and groups seeking deeper self-awareness, strenger relational capacity, clearer direction, and greater resilience, vitality, and meaning in lived experience.
We work skillfully with complexity—including nervous system regulation, relational dynamics, embodied experience, sexuality, identity, and life transitions—always with care for dignity, pacing, and consent.
At the same time, it’s important to be clear about what we offer and what we do not.
5aspects is not a crisis service, emergency intervention, or a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. We do not provide acute crisis management, emergency support, or treatment for conditions requiring immediate clinical intervention.
If you are currently experiencing severe psychological distress, active suicidal ideation, or are in need of urgent support, we encourage you to seek immediate help from local emergency services or qualified medical and mental health professionals.
Our commitment is to meet people where they are, within a scope that is ethical, grounded, and sustainable—offering support that is relational, integrative, and oriented toward wholeness.
We’re happy to help you discern whether our work is a good fit, or to support you in finding care that best serves your needs.
The Story of 5aspects
A brief accounting from the founder
The origins of 5aspects began with a question that has lived in me for decades:
What makes transformation truly possible?
Through thousands of hours of hands-on work, cross-disciplinary study, somatic training, trauma resolution, philosophical inquiry, and lived exploration, I began to see a profound pattern emerge—a pattern that revealed wholeness not as an ideal to reach, but as the very nature of reality itself.
This recognition slowly reshaped everything: how I understood the nervous system, how I worked with individuals and couples, how I facilitated groups, and how I related to human development itself. Across every context, I witnessed the same movements repeating: Being, Mind, Heart, Body, and Sexuality—five distinct yet inseparable dimensions of humanness, each expressing wholeness in its own way.
From this, a deeper rhythm revealed itself:
all transformation unfolds through three fundamental movements—Heal, Grow, and Celebrate.
These insights did not arrive all at once. They formed over years of practice, thousands of sessions, and continuous refinement across modalities, cultures, and human experiences. What began as personal inquiry became a living framework—a wholeness-based approach to human development that is trauma-sensitive, dignity-centered, and grounded in the profound intelligence of the human system.
Today, 5aspects stands as a pathway, a philosophy, and a professional training institute dedicated to cultivating wholeness at every fractal layer of life—from the micro-movements of the nervous system to the vast relational, cultural, and ecological fields we belong to.
It is a living, evolving system, shaped by practice, enriched through collaboration, and continually unfolding—just like wholeness itself.
The 5aspects Team
Heath A. Wilson—Founder & Architect of 5aspects
Heath is the creator of the 5aspects System—a full-spectrum framework of human transformation integrating five core modalities and the three Cycles of Emergence. His work synthesizes decades of cross-disciplinary practice across bodywork and somatic tradtions, trauma resolution, relational fieldwork, philosophy, martial embodiment, and consciousness studies.
Known for precision, depth, and mythic-systems thinking, Heath has guided thousands of hours of individual, relational, and group sessions, refining 5aspects into a living, trauma-sensitive, wholeness-centered approach to human development.
He leads all foundational trainings, develops the theoretical architecture, and stewards the ongoing evolution of the system.

With Gratitude
Gratitude for Lineage & Foundations
5aspects stands on a field of practice, insight, and relationship much larger than any individual.
While the system has a clear founder, it has been shaped, strengthened, and refined through countless human encounters—teachers, collaborators, colleagues, students, and the many courageous people who trusted the work with their lives, hearts, and bodies.
Our deepest gratitude goes first to our clients, participants, and group members.
Every session, every breath, every emergence has taught us something essential. Your presence has been the living ground where the Five Aspects, the Cycles of Emergence, and the wholeness philosophy have revealed their depth.
We honour the colleagues and co-facilitators whose relational fields helped refine this work—those who have practiced with us, questioned with us, and held complexity with us across years of group facilitation and lived inquiry.
We acknowledge the lineages that prepared the soil: bodywork traditions, trauma-resolution disciplines, philosophical inquiry, martial embodiment, the Enneagram heritage, relational fieldwork, consciousness studies, and the many human sciences that have contributed insight, depth, and nuance.
We extend heartfelt appreciation to the teachers and mentors who offered guidance along the way—across bodywork, sexuality, nervous-system understanding, spiritual inquiry, and the wider landscape of human development. Each offered something vital, whether through wisdom, challenge, resonance, or contrast.
Finally, we honour the countless human beings—past and present—whose courage, creativity, struggle, devotion, beauty, and complexity remind us why wholeness matters.
5aspects is a living system, but it is also a living gratitude—a continuous offering to everyone who helped shape the path and to the wholeness that moves through us all.
Strategic Companionship
5aspects also benefits from the thoughtful presence of individuals who offer strategic perspective, long-range thinking, and reflective support as the work continues to mature.
We are grateful for conversations that help clarify structure, sustainability, and future direction—offered with care and respect for the integrity of the work.
