In February 2024, an intimate group gathered for the first-ever 5aspects Retreat. Nestled directly beneath the Great Pyramid of Giza, this serene and powerful setting offered a rare container for deep presence, reflection, and inner listening. The land itself carried a sense of timelessness—supporting a retreat experience that was both grounding and expansive. The work moved responsively—guided by what emerged in the group, in the body, and in relationship. Micro-self explorations, movement, reflective integration, and group process were woven together with clarity and care.

The process adapts naturally, meeting what wants attention and allowing depth to emerge with ease.
