This is a space for slowing down and making sense of lived experience.
Here you’ll find writing from within the 5aspects work—emerging from sessions, teaching, inquiry, and the texture of human life.
Start Where You Are
February 2026
……..
There is a simple truth at the heart of sustainable change: we begin by arriving.
The Blue Triangle marks the first movement in the cycles of wholeness—the movement of Heal. Here, there is nothing required of you beyond being alive, and what is already unfolding. Wholeness dwells in every human state—even in misery.
If we are alive, wholeness is holding us.
It is the place where your nervous system keeps meeting life—even when your conscious awareness cannot. When you cannot carry yourself, something in you continues. Breath moves. The heart beats. Life is still being met.
When you begin to notice the support already present in your being and your mind, it may not look like progress. But this steady contact is the foundation of everything that follows.
Wholeness Holds You
In the Blue Triangle, healing comes from discovering what is already supporting you—often quietly, often unnoticed.
Your breath.
Your capacity to sense.
The part of you that is still here—even in moments of darkness.
When we start here, something fundamental shifts. The nervous system settles. Attention softens. Experience begins to organize itself around safety rather than survival.
This is why we say: wholeness holds you.
Not as an idea.
As a lived, bodily truth.
Why Starting Where You Are Matters
The Blue Triangle asks:
· What is already working?
· Where is there enough?
· What feels even slightly supportive right now?
These are not small questions. They are orienting questions. When we begin with support, the system gains trust. From trust, movement becomes possible.
Even fragility itself knows how to survive.
Healing as Arrival
Healing, in this cycle, is about recognizing the contact that is already happening—through your senses, your images, your meanings, or simply through the fact that you are still here.
It does not require you to feel calm, regulated, or clear. It begins wherever contact is available.
There are moments when this contact feels distant or inaccessible. In those times, nothing is wrong with you. The capacity for blue is not lost—it may simply require support. Sometimes that support comes from another nervous system. Wholeness includes the need for help.
As this contact strengthens, your capacity to meet difficulty grows. Not by force, but by foundation.
Clients often describe feeling this shift before they understand it. A settling. A warmth. A quiet sense of “oh… I can be here with this.”
That is the Blue Triangle organizing.
Calm is not required.
Feeling good is not required.
Even clarity is not required.
And if noticing feels possible, it will happen naturally. And if noticing feels possible, it will happen naturally. If it does not, another steady nervous system can hold the contact until yours can.
A Living Rhythm
The Blue Triangle returns again and again—sometimes as the foreground, sometimes as quiet background support—whenever life asks for steadiness.
Every cycle of growth and celebration rests on this foundation.
In time, we come back here often.
Each time, differently.
For now, the invitation is simple:
Start where you are.
Let your eyes see. Let your ears hear.
Let wholeness hold you.
